If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping charges are at your own expense.

 Damaged Items:

If your items are damaged in transit, please email hello@sweetelizabethjane.com with photos of the broken item and your order number.  We will send you another one after we verify the damage.  We do our best to pack your items with care, but if an accident happens, just contact us and we will make it right.
