IN STORE ORDER PICK UP
- We are happy to offer In Store Pick Up during store hours for your convenience.
- Most orders will be ready for pick up within 24 hours as long as the store is open.
- Choose the In Store Pick Up option at checkout and we will email you when it is ready.
- Since we are working with a small team, it may take us additional time to have your order ready.
SHIPPING
- We are working with a very small team and It may take a couple days for us to ship out your order depending on how busy we are.
- Once the order is packed and ready to ship (through USPS), you will receive a shipping notification that your order is on the way with tracking.

Can I return or exchange an item I ordered online at the store?
Yes, you can bring your item into the store during regular business hours and we will take care of your return for you. See the Shipping/Returns page for all of the information.
Can I use my gift card that was purchased in the store online?
At this time, we can only redeem the store gift cards in the store. If you purchase a gift certificate online, you may use it either in the store or online.
How do I submit a request for donation?
We love our community and love to support worthy causes! If you would like us to donate to a local cause or event, please fill out the donation request form HERE and submit. We will also need a completed W-9 form upon donation request. Once we have received these we will happily consider your request and contact you if approved.
How can I reach the buyer to leave line sheets or submit my product information for review?
