Holiday Receiving Leader

Sweet Elizabeth Jane is a vintage-inspired lifestyle store in Ellicott City, Maryland and at Holiday we do it BIG! We work really hard, and we like to have fun while we work. This is a SEASONAL position, beginning September 3 and finishing  the middle of November. There are also opportunities for future employment if you are interested.

If you are…

  • Detail oriented and results driven (You take pride in your work & love hitting targets)

  • Willing to learn and have a positive attitude

  • Self-motivated to push through goals

  • Excellent at communication and able to provide directions to others

  • Flexible and adaptable to changes in the work environment

  • Strong at time management and organizational skills

  • Experienced in retail receiving (Would be helpful)

  • Able to lift 50lbs

  • Available working 9-5, Monday- Friday from 9/3-11/20 (TBD)

And you would enjoy …

  • A Seasonal Role being the “TOP ELF” on our tagging and receiving team, seeing all the holiday new arrivals before anyone else

  • Working in a collaborative environment with a close knit team to tag large quantities of holiday goods

  • Working on a variety of tasks to keep the team moving along to get the daily and weekly goals accomplished 

  • Being part of the Holiday Set up week, resetting the floor & making it magical

  • Passionate about fashion and helping women feel & look their best 
  • A people-person who loves to create connections, build relationships and get to know people by name 
  • Open to trying new things, a hard worker & like to be busy on your feet 
  • Detail-oriented & results-driven(You take pride in your work & love hitting targets) 18 years or older & can work weekdays AND weekends

AND WOULD ENJOY...

  • Playing an important role as an SEJ Stylist and giving recommendations & “fit” advice about the clothes, creating outfits and recommending accessories to complete the look (She will ask your opinion) 
  • Working in a collaborative environment with a close-knit team to ensure the highest level of customer service 
  • Engaging with our customers through outreach on new arrivals, product launches and showing appreciation 
  • Working on a variety of tasks to keep our apparel department looking clean, organized and current
