Holiday Shipping & Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item to us within 14 days of your delivery date for a full refund or 30 days for merchandise credit. As long as your package is postmarked within 14 days after it was delivered to your shipping address, we will offer a full refund back to your original payment method. You are responsible for any shipping charges. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns.

Holiday Return & Exchange Policy

All purchases made between November 1 and December 24 are eligible for a store credit or exchange with a receipt until January 9, 2022.
All returns made within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund with a receipt.
All Holiday items and Clearance merchandise is final sale.

Standard Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale items, holiday merchandise and food items are not returnable. Gift Cards are not returnable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Exchanges & Merchandise Credits:
For items returned within 30 days, we will issue you a merchandise credit upon receiving your item. If you would like to exchange items, please email us at and we will get back to you with the availability. Most items are in limited quantities, so it may not be possible.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for exchanges.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. Item must be marked as a gift when purchased.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping charges are at your own expense.

Damaged Items:
If your items are damaged in transit, please email with photos of the broken item and your order number. We will send you another one after we verify the damage. We do our best to pack your items with care, but if an accident happens, just contact us and we will make it right.
