Standard shipping on orders less than $100 before tax is $4.90. All orders over $100 before tax receive complimentary standard shipping. At this time we do not offer expedited shipping. Sweet Elizabeth Jane only ships to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington DC.

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item to us within 30 days of your delivery date for a full refund or merchandise credit. As long as your package is postmarked within 30 days after it was delivered to your shipping address, we will offer a full refund back to your original payment method. You are responsible for any shipping charges. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale items, holiday merchandise and food items are not returnable. Gift Cards are not returnable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
